I down own this photo. But my friends who also cosplay as D gray man said, U can order it into Tailor/boutique as long as U have detailed picture of the character from front , back etc. So the tailor will made the costume for you. Good luck for Ur next cosplay project

They are from left to right: Allen Walker, Linali Lee, Lavi, Kanda Yuu. And Linali is the only girl (the character) Kanda is actually a boy.
